Colette Michaan is pleased to announce the release of her debut recording "First Cause", a captivating collage of original compositions influenced by jazz, timba, cha-cha-cha, son, contemporary guajiro, as well as Cuban standards, Yoruban folklore, calypso, and a latin adaptation of a classical orchestral piece. The CD is currently available at Tower Records in downtown NYC, soon to be distributed nationally.
